All imported timber, wooden articles, bamboo and related products (whether for commercial or personal use) must comply with the Department of Agriculture and Water Resources Biosecurity Import Conditions system (BICON). It should be noted that this includes timber packaging and pallets. In order to ensure a smooth importation process, importers of timber products from China that require fumigation prior to entry, must provide a Chinese Fumigation Certificate to Magellan Logistics on customs@maglog.com.au or your customs broker.
