Due to fuel price volatility and heightened security concerns worldwide, the Bunker Adjustment Factor (BAF), Fuel Surcharge (FSC) and Security Surcharge (SSC) are always changing, Magellan Logistics is committed to passing all these changes as levied by ocean, air and land carriers. MAGELLAN MOVES TO BIGGER, BETTER PREMISES- February 2005.

Owing to continued expansion of our business and greater staff numbers, Magellan Logistics has moved into new, larger and more modern premises. Still located in the logistics hub of Tullamarine, the new offices will provide further opportunities for our business to grow, as well as providing a more modern and comfortable space for our staff. In a close competition, Laurie De Sousa (Seafreight Operations) won the second annual Magellan staff competition. The competition consisted of three stages throughout 2004 (Go Kart racing, Ten Pin Bowlling, Mini Golf). Laurie wins a weekend away for himself and his wife.

CPS JOINS MAGELLAN - November 2004

Customs broker CPS has become part of Magellan Logistics. The move is a logical one for Magellan because it will strengthen our customs broking function and provide our clients with even more experience and professionalism in customs, quarantine and tariff matters.
