system for ensuring seamless real time communication between
all parties involved in the freight forwarding process: customer,
agent and forwarder.
Members of our Magellan network log-in to the MagTrack website
to view the delivery status of any shipment, eliminating the
need for lengthy correspondence between client, customer service
officer and the overseas agent.
Magellan’s stakeholders, including staff, agents and
clients rely on MagTrack to deliver secure, accurate and appropriate
freight-tracking information to all parties with ‘need
to know’ status.
Web-based MagTrack is a huge leap in customer service operations,
